Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled, and a late fee may apply. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
